Cop
Watch Cop Watch was created in the late 60s to stem police
brutality and oppression, then it disappeared from the national
registries of organizations. In 1992 "The
Great Speckled Bird" created the Cop Watch column to expose
atrocities as we learned of them. In 1997 we began to discover
leftover chapters and related orgs that carry on the CopWatch ideals.
This site, now, is a call to all leftover Cop Watch chapters,
survivors of the brutal backlash to destroy them, and other police
watch orgs, to reunite in a common effort to end police brutality,
oppression and crime, and to again make the Holy American Empire a
"free" country. All such orgs/chapters are implored to
contact us and be listed in our "local orgs" links. |
